Non ASCII characters from descriptions are ignored

For this problem: https://leetcode.com/problems/hamming-distance/description/ The up arrows, the less-than-or-equal-to sign, and the to-the-power-of are not shown properly.

Thanks for bringing up the issue. Non-ASCII characters were ignored to get "print" working. I will look into how to fixing this:)
