re sending the unconfirmed/rejected transaction.

as i mentioned my wallet is re sending the transaction until it confirmed.

i made a transaction to my other wallet with a lower transaction fee and my transaction is stuck for a week now. as i saw my wallet was sending the same transaction every time it rejected from the bitcoin network. and there is no way to change the transaction fee as well.
