Not getting proper response

Hi, I tried to get the wallet balance after installing the wallet service and started the service.

Request: http://localhost:3000/merchant/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/balance?password=xxxxxxxxxx

Response: { "error": "Unexpected error, please try again" }

Could you please help me on this? I am unable to know the exact error. Please do the needful.

I am getting some warnings while starting the block chain wallet service as in attached images. Does this causing an above issue?

They turned this off and no one is here to report status, or confirm API won't work again, terrible
