My requests for API keys are ignored blockchain

I've applied 3 to 4 times to get API keys and never received any reply after weeks.

What this service is for, if admins ignore API requests?

I am a blockchain.com user and want to accept payments from my website with crypto on blockchain. When filling API request, I am asked for a website address and email, after submitting the form it says your request has been sent.

But 2 weeks has been passed and no api and even no email response has been received on email.
