API Request ignored

Not sure what is going on .... very, very frustrating!!! Sent in request months ago said it would be a few days. Nothing but crickets.

Messaged support nothing from them, messaged chat no help at all. Anybody know of a different api that can create wallets and verify the deposits, as these guys are officially dropping the ball?
