Error sending to Bech32 address

When I am sending to Bech32 address getting error:

Failure Exception: Missing destination address Stack:

Sending to other wallet addresses types works fine.

Service v0.26.3, Node 10

I have the same error, I'm searching for this without success.

There is currently no solution for this, or perhaps I have not searched well, but the team has not given an answer for this case.
