Disappearing xPubs and Lost Bitcoins

I created some xPubs to receive payment to my wallet. But those xPubs was disappeared from my wallet. I got 5 payments to those xPubs. Now I can't access that money. Below is listed the details of those payments:

Same response, no solution. How bad are your support and system!!! I am fed up with waiting for you.
