Tried Running it, flashed white then went back to original screen

Downloaded the files, ran the .exe, put my wallet in there, and put my password in. I didn't get any error message, the app just flashed white and went back the main screen. Any idea what's happening?

Also it isn't letting me paste my wallet backup in.
