L2/L3 orderbook endpoints

Hi,

Getting "status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"","path":"/l2/BTC-USD"} when trying to curl either levels of the order book, also regardles of symbol. It can be seen when executing the example documentation 'https://api.blockchain.com/v3/'
