REST API Create order response: "Price beyond limit"

Placing a limit buy order on BTC-USDT with overlapping price 47750 (the best buy is around 41200) is rejected and results with a status "Price beyond limit". What is this limit and is it possible to obtain the limit values for the pairs via API?
