Stucked order

When I look at my open orders via API I see open order clOrdId: 'f9cdb0be842a9553', exOrdId: '281726103446720'. But I don't see this order in web interface and I also can't cancel it via API. Looks like this order stucked somehow. Can you please me and cancel it manually?
