macOS installation ERROR

environment: macOS | python3.8 | pip 21.0.1

Running installation: pip install bitcoin-etl

Error:

ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement bitcoin-etl 
ERROR: No matching distribution found for bitcoin-etl
