Adds a blog post announcing Goose's early support for the draft MCP Apps specification.

If the publish date changes, rename the folder from 2025-12-22-mcp-apps to the appropriate date.

this is really cool. To sanity check my understanding, MCP Apps is mainly about standardizing discovery and lifecycle around interactive UIs, while UI code itself still lives in the MCP server right? @aharvard
