Feature Request: Add ability to favorite/star sessions for better organization

Problem

Users find themselves scrolling through chat history frequently to find specific sessions they want to revisit. There's currently no way to organize or mark important conversations for easy access.

Proposed Solution

Add the ability to favorite/star sessions so users can:

• Quickly access frequently referenced conversations
• Organize important sessions separately from general chat history
• Reduce time spent scrolling through long chat histories

Use Case

As reported by a user: "I find myself scrolling through Chat history a lot and it would be great if I could organize chats or star ones that I keep coming back to"

Additional Context

This would improve the user experience for people who have many Goose sessions and need to reference specific conversations regularly.
