Adjust copy for Windows where it mentions mac specific things

Describe the bug

On Windows the UI shows the command key from mac, which is confusing to windows users.

Expected behavior Show Ctrl-uparrow instead.

There is another missleading MAc-ism I noticed. On the Service settings it tells me it stores the token securely in "keychain" which is not a Windows concept.

misleading seems like a big word, but yeah, these could be better localized. I am assuming in the first case that's also just a matter of changing the text?
