Onboarding edge case, unable to recover without editing config.yaml

Describe the bug

I accidentally pressed the red button, and cleared my provider settings. I got the onboarding window, i ensured that i had my providers in the config.yaml, and clicked the third other providers option . I saw all my configured providers with launch buttons, clicking launch then sent me back to the LLM onboarding as there was no GOOSE_MODEL set in the config. But the model is never set in the provider, it is a separate dialog which i was not able to get to. So i manually updated the GOOSE_MODEL in the config.yaml to get out of llm provider jail ...

Expected behavior Launch should force a model selection for the provider.
