"Generated Recipe URL" breaks when typing "–" character into Instructions field

Describe the bug

On https://block.github.io/goose/recipe-generator/ if I enter a – character in the Instructions field, the Generated Recipe URL field breaks. Specifically, the URL goes from a URL to text that reads Fill in the required fields to generate a URL which is the default placeholder text.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://block.github.io/goose/recipe-generator/
2. Start typing something in to the Instructions field and observe the Generated Recipe URL
3. Then, type a – character into the Instructions field and observe the Generated Recipe URL
4. See error; Generated Recipe URL now reads Fill in the required fields to generate a URL

Expected behavior Either the URL should still adapt/generate, or throw a descriptive error telling the user to remove the – from their Instructions.
