Add parameter filling UI to goose desktop recipes

Add a UI to to fill parameters when a recipe has parameters rather than starting the session.

This ended up being a bit more complicated than I though since it impacts the initialization behavior of the sessions, so open to suggestions on how to simplify (+ my first time working on this project)

Thanks! Done. (Although it seems to go stale pretty fast).

Is there a group I can be added to as well to make branches directly on goose + run pre-submit checks?
