Feature Request: It would be great to see the name chosen by Goose to refer the current session, during the session

Feature Request:

Currently, Goose chooses a name to refer to each session internally, but this name is not visible to users during the session.

It would be helpful to display this chosen session name somewhere in the UI during the active session, allowing users to see how Goose is identifying the current conversation context.

This could improve user understanding of how Goose manages different sessions and provide a more transparent interaction experience.
