Enable changing an extension's timeout after its added

Please explain the motivation behind the feature request. When I add a custom extension, I can set a timeout value:

However after I add it, I would like to change the timeout, when I click the gear icon on an extension:

Image There's no option to set the timeout.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a new field where the existing timeout is shown, with the ability to change it to something I want to set.

would like to see other configs too while we're at it. sometimes i want to see the installation command to remind me where i got the extension from

@kalvinnchau @angiejones Looks like this issue was resolved? The goose desktop app now supports launching an "Update Extension" model:
