Feature: Connect to self-host Ollama with OWUI

Describe the bug I would propose an idea that Goose can integrate with Open WebUI like it could with Continue.dev. Because I can config using my remote Ollama machine through API keys to run model remotely and securely https://openwebui.com/ https://docs.openwebui.com/tutorials/integrations/continue-dev

Expected behavior It would be nice if we can have seamless integration between these amazing open-sources.
