Add logs on the indexer

We need logs and lots of them, this task is a break down of a few smaller tasks

• add debug logs everywhere (see fullnode as example)
• change what is now debug log to information log
• allow to specify the ns that is logged with debug=ns (see fullnode for example)
• allow to log to disk and console
