[Feature request] A new profile, sharp like mode A, but without the image smoothing

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I am not a big fan of "smoothing" the image. Even less so when the source is of good quality.

Describe the solution you'd like A profile like mode A (HQ) but keeping the sharpness, but without the "smoothing" of the image.

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried creating a new profile, mixing the different shaders, but it didn't work.

Additional context In Nyaa there are groups that make encodes that look sharper than the original sources (without "smoothing" the image), it would be great to do the same in real time for each anime, without depending on whether someone else does it or not.
