Unable to get Plex nor IINA to function w/ Anime4k (MPV is configured and works fine)

I am unable to get Plex nor IINA to function w/ Anime4k. MPV is configured and works fine. I have rebooted my machine after following the guides to setup MPV, IINA, and Plex per the guides for MacOs here on this project's github pages. MPV functions as expected, unfortunately nothing visually happens when I press Ctrl 1,2,3,0 in Plex or IINA.

Could you confirm the path of your config file for Plex and IINA? IINA should have the option to use mpv config as well.
