row.childElements is not a function

Hi

I get the following issue in the console log: "row.childElements is not a function"

This applies to line 1729 of config.js: row.childElements('td').each(function(cell, cellIndex){

I'm new to GitHub so not sure what the best practice is for getting a resolution, let me know if this issue is best submitted elsewhere or you require more information.

I'm running Magento 1.9.3.2
