Grid Customisor does not show all attributes on Export grid

We have a client using version 0.9.0.1 on Magento 1.14.1.0, and are seeing issues with being able to customise the export grid. At the moment only 1 page worth of attributes (sorted alphabetically) are being presented as selectable to be included / excluded on the grid, however there is no ability to move to the next page (or any not presented on the first page).

We work with your extension on quite a few of our clients sites actually and have seen this before so am wondering if there is a fix? I have had a look at the release notes and can't see the issue / fix detailed.

You have to exclude the grid in the extensions global excludes list:

Block Type: importexport/adminhtml_export_filter

Overwrite class: *
