Incorrect solutions for "type the missing word"

Every time I get a listening "type the missing word" challenge, the extension seems to grab a solution from the previous exercise. This only occurs in listening exercises where you type the missing word (and not the full sentence) drawing

I don't quite understand yet how it could happen, could you point me to a skill in the German tree where I would be most likely to reproduce it?

Hi! It seems like some skills don't have this exercise at all, but the ones I have experienced it on are "Excuses" and "Opinions".
