Connection issue

I can launch the game and create a character but when trying to Start Game I get a Network Disconnect error (The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.) For clarity, I am running client version 2.7.7.92326 because that is what I have and I was not able to find a client version 2.7.4.84161. Thank you for any possible help I can get.

Hopefully there is an easy fix or at least an idea for why this is happening and if resolved I'd be more than happy to create a guide to help others.
