Some waypoints in Act 1 teleport to Leoric's manor instead of Tristram

When using map waypoints and selecting New Tristram, you are instead sometimes teleported to the front of Leoric's Manor.

This doesn't occur consistently however and seems to be a semi-random occurrence. I could not identify definitive steps to reproduce.

I've been able to repro this but with no definitive steps. Seems to occur at complete random. Please see video:
