Alternative OCR

There are other options out there and I don't want to enforce only a few. So let's investigate and if anybody has any recommendations let me know.

Currently the way it works or should work, the OCR that finishes first wins. In other words whichever OCR tech gets the text first will shut down the other OCR and move on. However if you only have one OCR setup then obviously that one will always win first.
