could not find question and all of options

when I run python3 hqtrivia-automation.py -q it only finds the first 2 options and doesnt find the question either. How can I fix this? screen shot 2018-01-13 at 3 13 23 pm

In this case, there should be a source_edited file because it's using tesseract. Mind sending me a link to that file?

Oh sorry this was what the source_edit looked liked. Please let me know if this can be fixed or you know how to fix it. Thanks!
