RepoConfiguration should contain an array of repo providers.

Currently we technically support multiple repos, but we don't currently enable a way to easily change the active repo and we don't allow switching the repo during runtime.

Ideally an array of repos and the type of repo they are should be included under the RepoConfiguration setting collection to then be dynamically loaded at runtime.
