Could not find the configuration node: database/database(@id='master')

Hello,

On the Sitecore (10.2) CD instance we are seeing below error message in the log files.

"Synthesis tried to get a list of templates but couldn't because the master database wasn't defined. You should disable startup sync checks on CD instances." How can we disable Synthesis on CD instance.
