can't duplicate an item I just created

In the items editor, I duplicated a first item, modified it, and when I lefte the editor and arrived on the item's informations page, I tried to duplicate it and it just sent me this error message: Then, I left th menu, went back on it and I successfully duplicated it. I did some tests, it seems like the item I create don't exist in my item list until I go back to the lobby, when I try to create an item with the same name, it says it allready exists, howevere, it doesn't appear in my item list. Then when I go back to the lobby then to my item list, it appears.
