The `ncurses` dependency is undocumented

If I understand correctly, ./build-mosh.sh requires ncurses. Specifically, ./build-mosh.sh assumes that the ncurses headers are available at /usr/include/ncurses.h, /usr/include/curses.h, etc.

However, this requirement is currently not documented in the README.md.
