Seems like this is due to an internal API usage of `com.github.johnrengelman.processes`. @lptr I don't have an Windows 11 PC. Today I tried Windows Server 2022 (because AWS only provides Windows Server) but couldn't reproduce it with Java 17 + Gradle 7.4...
