sound duplication

hi, thanks for this great add-on, I noticed this issues while using : Version 7.0 the issue is when I enable "Automatically set system focus to focusable elements" the sound is Repeated twice for each event. and wheather this option is enabled or disabled , the sound is still Repeating when I move on any object . please try to solve this problems, thanks.
