It doesn't work in fast browse mode

I just tested this add-on, and it doesn't seem to announce elements correctly in fast browse mode, which I believe will be default in the upcoming 2020.3 release. Fast browse mode is what also known as "Automatically set system focus to focusable elements off" and can be turned on by NVDA+numrow 8. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Set "Automatically set system focus to focusable elements off" by pressing NVDA+numrow 8
  2. Navigate to any web page with input form objects such as edit boxes or buttons
  3. Navigate between them. They are not being announced by AudioThemes.

Hi,

I didn't touch the code base of this add-on for a long time. I'm willing to accept PRs in regard to this issue. Otherwise, I'll look at this issue when my schedule allows, as I've other priorities at the moment.
