Add a license

Thanks for this project! Would you mind adding a license file or specify the license in the readme, so others can fork and contribute?

I'd love to try and migrate this project to a .NET Core one so I can run it on Linux (without the need for Mono) to see if the transparency bug still exists or can be fixed but at the moment, that's not possible due to unknown license terms

this repository is pretty much abandoned, I'm using https://github.com/cff29546/pzmap2dzi for the map creation now.

If you want to check the transparency bug, see https://github.com/blind-coder/pz-mapmap/tree/master/MonoTransparanceBug which I wrote myself. That code is CC-0 so feel free to do with it as you please.
