3rd party apps should show updated versions in marketplace

When a 3rd party app is installed and there is an update to said app, users are neiter aware nor ablew to update the app

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be informed that there is an update for apps that I previously installed

Describe alternatives you've considered

The only way to get an update installed is to manually delete them from the apps folder and inventory store.

Additional context

Deleting would be easier when #238 is implemented
