No application except Live Painting
Describe the bug The Captain interface offers no application except for Live Painting.
Expected behavior Option to add datasets, to do captioning, etc.

Additional context
Newer builds with the task prompt don't offer applications than Live Painting, too. But closing the window and launching Captain throws two different errors:
Opening the logs is not possible due to ownership permissions.
The newest version should not open a new application. This might be a bug and a separate issue. (I will test this later)
Captain is an "always open" app which is intended, so that it can listen for shortcuts (here Control + Alt + Space") You do have a system tray icon that will close the application entirely
We removed datasets/captioning for now as it needs to be migrated to the new API/SDK usage. The functionality still exists, we just need to make it copmpatible.
