ERROR installation

I am trying to install RSEM but not able to see software sub-directory. Moreover not sure what is $(your_favorite_location) in the clone command? Please advice..

@sekhwal , do you want to install RSEM for nanopore data?

I have a mix set of data some MinION .fastq files and also have Illumina sequencing data .fasta files that downloaded from NCBI-SRA database. Is RSEM installation process work differently at different platform?
