Scrolling via touch input does not work smoothlyl

Environment: tootle v1.0, gtk, mobile, debian based PureOS 10, L5, 200% scale, 720x1440, phosh 0.17.0

Steps to repeat:

1. scroll feed on homeserver.
2. feed contains images text, gifs, and video.

Observe uneven and jerky jumping scroll. Even when having already scrolled over the same content twice its extremely jerky.

In the test i slowly scrolled down the up, making sure there is enough time to load articles.

Video attached though it may fail to adequately show it.

As the video shows its not really usable.
