UAC getting wack

I believe content of this catroot2 getting deleted is making UAC misbehave. I think I run it as admin or sth. Idk if I did or no but still, kinda bad image full log from previous run. i'm glad that i'm not using windows outside VMs this days. saddada.txt and the TrustedInstaller thing don't matter. On PC named 'bruh' it behaved the same way.
