Misc: Isolate levels should use the level name of the ifc for easier referencing

The current level isolation goes from L0 - LX. As a user it would be easier for me to identify the right level, if, in addition to "L0", it would also specify the name of that level in the ifc. E.g. "L0 - 2.UG".
