System: Integrate Google Drive

For privacy concerns and also to open large files (>20MB) I want to be able put this ifc on a google drive folder and open that ifc from bldrs. Sharing the model through Bldrs should be managed through google sharing settings, i.e. everyone who has access to the google drive can view the model in Bldrs.

I think the requirement here is just GDrive, not large files. LFS tracked separately in #277
