More explicite about build packages and install packages

Hello,

You should be more explicite about what packages we should to install first before install submarine in the README.

I'm on ubuntu server and it was a bit tough to know what exactly to install. Maybe a script which installs dependencies?

Anyway, now it works like a charm and it's great! Thank you.
