need upgrading

tp3.version needs upgrade to 3.3.4 blaze.version needs upgrade to 2.1.4

then deprecated code needs to be replaced. Please comment and thumbs up if you'd like to participate in creating a pull request

• <jetty.version>9.4.14.v20181114</jetty.version>
• <tp3.version>3.2.10</tp3.version>
• <blaze.version>2.1.2</blaze.version>

there is only 1 line of change necessary and to test 3.3 version the testcases need to be specified with a different version
