I often face this type of dropout error:

SSLError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='noaa-rap-pds.s3.amazonaws.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /rap.20220315/rap.t03z.awp130pgrbf38.grib2.idx (Caused by SSLError(SSLEOFError(8, 'EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1129)')))

Is there any option in the Herbie call to prevent this from happening?
