Missing graphics and issues with cutscene after beating Phantom Ganon

Current Behavior

A blue aura that should be around Link when he warps from the Forest Temple boss room to the outside is missing

Deku Sprout popping out of the ground is not all the way out of the ground as it should be and a missing light source around him is missing

Deku Sprouts story is missing fire graphics

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Level select [5: Kokiri Forest - Demo08]

Context (Environment)

NOTE --- After Deku Sprouts story he is properly lifted out of the ground and the light source is present. [5: Kokiri Forest - Demo09 as Adult]

Does this issue still persist? I thought it was fixed.

The Deku Sprout not popping out correctly is the only problem now. But also relating to that, in 60 FPS its the opposite. The Deku sprout rockets out of the ground concussing Link.
